Supports joint comfort in adults with mild knee discomfort
A 90-day industry RCT (68 completers) reported reduced knee pain intensity and synovial effusion versus placebo yoghurt. The separate 12-week trial measured knee muscle strength, not pain. Both are industry (Bioiberica) yoghurt studies from the same research program with no independent replication, so the joint-comfort evidence is modest.

In a 12-week industry yoghurt trial (n=80), rooster comb extract raised affected-knee strength readouts (peak torque, work, power) by at least 11% in men, with no effect in women. This is a sex-limited knee-function signal from a single small trial, not a general muscle-building or recovery effect.

Mechanism of action
High-molecular-weight hyaluronic acid signalling
High-molecular-weight hyaluronic acid is associated with anti-inflammatory effects via CD44 receptor engagement and may modulate macrophage activity in joint tissue, providing a mechanistic basis for the joint-comfort effects observed in Mobilee® trials.
Polysaccharide and collagen-stimulating fraction
Mobilee® combines hyaluronic acid with additional polysaccharides and a collagen-stimulating fraction, theorized to support extracellular matrix integrity and collagen synthesis in connective tissue beyond a hyaluronic-acid-only profile.
Gut-mediated signalling and absorption
Oral hyaluronic acid is primarily broken down in the gastrointestinal tract; bioactivity is thought to arise from gut-associated immune and signalling pathways and from absorbed low-molecular-weight fragments, rather than direct intact systemic delivery.
