In a randomized, triple-blind, placebo-controlled crossover trial in 52 people already diagnosed with high blood pressure, celery seed extract lowered average systolic pressure from 141.2 to 130.0 mmHg and diastolic from 92.2 to 84.2 mmHg (both statistically significant). Two limits matter: the extract tested was a generic celery seed extract, not the Celery3nB brand, and every participant was a patient under medical care, so this does not show what the extract does for someone whose blood pressure is already in the normal range.

Uric acid: a laboratory idea, not a proven benefit

In laboratory work, 3nB slows xanthine oxidase, the enzyme that makes uric acid. That is where the evidence stops.
